The tortas ahogadas (a type of sandwich) were delicious, and the service was excellent. The place was very clean and tidy.
At Las Ruvalcaba you always find the same quality, cleanliness, and above all, the bar where you can put chopped onion on your cake or tacos, or deflemada with habanero, cilantro, Mexican sauce and the best: tortilla chips of all the drowned ones in Guadalajara, at least the ones I know, are the only ones to offer this. The birote is of the day, crispy, the belly always good, the golden tacos also always seem to be of the day, facilities and bathrooms clean. Shrimp drowned cake also well served and the special sauce it has is good. I like this branch for the fast service to eat there. And there are "mini" versions of the cakes, many times I order a mini of carnitas and another of shrimp to have the best of both worlds in the same breakfast. Very good liter fresh water. Ideal to bring to someone who has never tried drowned cakes, it is the kindest style of cake drowned out there.
